Sometimes when walking through the woods you just have to look down to get inspiration for a photograph. This was the case I was wandering along a trail in Mashamoquet Brook State Park. The brown and tan leaves of Maples, Alders and Birch were mixed in with the dying grass. This is my first B&W closeup/Macro photo out of one hundred that I want to capture.
