This ornate door handle was part of the Lester Memorial large metal doors. I tend to be drawn to the details of the buildings I photography. In some cases I will shoot the overall structure but in most cases I prefer looking for the details that help give the architecture its charm and beauty. Unless you took the time to look close you never would have seen this handle.
