While shooting a landscape image at Packerville Pond I had the opportunity to photography this lone Mute Swan (Cygnus olor). Most times when I drive by the pond or I am there capturing images there are a pair of swans. However, this time it was just a single one which was strange because they are a bonded pair for life. This is my 2nd fauna image out of the 1000 i want to capture.
